This year's Celebration of Trees was blessed with glorious weather! Thank you to all those that visited us. As I am sure you will agree Vermeer had an excellent stand and we had a great few days meeting current and new customers. For those of you that visited the show I hope you found it beneficial and managed to enjoy yourself while you were here trying out the archery and other activities.
        ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Geo Drilling 30th of April and 1st of May 2008 East of England Show Ground, Peterborough GeoDrilling 2008 has taken place, it exceeded all expectations by providing an exhibition containing the top names in the industry, international delegates with the credentials to make all the right buying decisions, and a seminar programme packed with the best speakers covering the issues which matter most to the industry. Run in association with the British Drilling Association and the Ground Source Heat Pump Association, GeoDrilling 2008 attracted more than 100 exhibitors and some 2,000 + visitors . The 2008 venue was the exec Peterborough, East of England Showground's brand new multi-purpose exhibition centre at Peterborough, UK Vermeer had a excellent stand showing a variety of products. Visitors to the stand witnessed that Vermeer carry the ultimate range in tough, durable Quick Connect Systems, Drill Heads/Housings, Rock Drilling Tools, Drill Bits, Reamers, Firesticks, Drive Chucks, Adapters and other Accessories. CIWM 10th & 12th June 2008

Vermeer attended the CIWM Show, as it is the only event of its kind. It combines a comprehensive exhibition covering waste, recycling and resource management. The Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) holds this internationally renowned annual conference which is organised as a showcase for the industry by the industry's leading professional body. Firmly established as the industry's meeting place for 110 years, the 2008 event expects to attract over 6,500 attendees, 350 exhibitors and 650 conference delegates from every industry sector. The exhibition offers both internal and external stand space two live demonstration areas for exhibitors to display their products

The Arboricultural Association runs a major two-day trade fair each year. A real ‘try before you buy' event in the heart of the Cotswolds. Vermeer had a excellent stand with a variety of products on show. We were pleased to see both current and new customers visiting the stand. The exhibitions provide a one-stop shop for specifiers, contractors and operators to evaluate the latest range of products and services for pipeline construction and maintenance, as well as the benefits of using trenchless methods in underground utilities. The indoor and outdoor areas provide exhibitors with a platform to give LIVE demonstrations of equipment, offering visitors with a valuable opportunity to compare and evaluate a wide range of products, as well as the different techniques.
