MX125

The MX125 mixing system is designed for the efficient mixing of drill fluid for small diameter, short-distance horizontal directional drilling applications. The unit’s modular design allows for a variety of different mounting configurations to meet the needs of HDD operators, while a 300 gallon (1136 L) or 500 gallons (1839 L) tank capacity helps provide increased versatility.

• 3 Roll Nozzles - Nozzles provide superior mixing and suspension of drilling fluid additives after the initial mixing process and keep tank bottoms free of accumulated drilling fluid additives.
• 3" Monarch Greaseable Seal Pump - combines high output with the reliability of greaseable seals.
• Engine options - Choose a 5.5 hp Briggs & Stratton gas or a 6 hp Lambordini diesel engine.
• Modular Design - The modular design makes makes different mounting configurations possible, while the notched cradle design allows trailer positioning side-by-side with some drill models.
• Multiple Shear Points - Multiple points provide superior yield times of drilling fluid additives.
• Narrow Profile - The re-designed MX125 is 11” (28 cm) narrower than previous MX125 units (SN 98 – 1686) for ease of side-by-side trailering with a horizontal directional drill. For example, an MX125 and D20x22 Series II total 78” (198 cm) in width – standard trailers generally measure 82” (208 cm) at the narrowest point. These dimensions offer comfortable space between the two which is beneficial while loading, unloading and transport. The additional jet is provided for efficient mixing action with the long, narrow tank design.
• Provides Up to 125 gpm of Drilling Fluid to the Drill - Provides the drill with sufficient drilling fluid for most small to medium HDD applications.
• Tank Options - The 500 gallon tank provides a narrow design for flexibility in different mounting configurations.
