MX240

The MX240 modular drilling fluid system is designed to provide fast mixing of high volumes of drilling fluid for large-diameter and long-distance horizontal directional drill applications. The system features a 25 hp (18.6 kw) gas or 22 hp (16.4 kw) diesel engine option and can support either a 750 gallon (2839 L) or 1000 gallon (3785 L) mixing tank.

• 750 gallon or 1000 gallon tank - Provides flexibility for different volume requirements.
• A round, plastic hopper for injecting drilling fluid additives - It's round design with cone-shaped bottom helps prevent drilling fluid additives from collecting at the bottom of the hopper.
• Improved venturi design - Operator no longer must mix drilling fluid additives directly into the tank.
• Larger fuel tank - Enables longer operation periods in between fill-ups.
• Modular Design - The modular design enhances operator accessibility to the powerpack.
